Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This policy explains how the PureYield Energy Services website handles information when you browse, submit an enquiry or request a solar site assessment. It covers the website, its forms and related follow-up correspondence, not permission for unrelated uses. Contact info@pureyieldenergy.com about privacy or your data rights.

Data controller

The data controller is PureYield Energy Services Company, a single-member limited liability company, Commercial Registration / Unified National No. 7055193929. For personal data enquiries, contact info@pureyieldenergy.com.

Information we collect

The enquiry form collects the name, email address, subject and message you provide. The assessment form also collects organization, telephone number, project location, requested services and cleaning application type where relevant, with project name, approximate capacity and further requirements when supplied. Requests are associated with a reference, submission page, timestamp and consent record where requested.

An asterisk (*) identifies fields required to process the form. Omitting required information may prevent submission or completion of a response; unmarked fields are optional. Operational and security logs may contain technical connection information, such as network address, browser type and access times.

Purposes and lawful grounds

We use information to review your enquiry or project needs, respond, coordinate assessment and quotation steps, and maintain related correspondence. Processing of request information is based on the consent you provide for the purpose explained at collection. Where a later agreement or legal obligation applies, necessary information is processed on that applicable ground. Security logs are limited to protecting the website, diagnosing faults and preventing misuse under applicable legal requirements.

Email marketing requires your separate, optional consent. We do not sell your data.

Direct marketing and new service updates

After your separate, optional consent, PureYield Energy Services may use the name and email address you provide directly to send news, offers and introductions to its current and newly introduced services within energy and solar asset services, including operation, maintenance, cleaning, cleaning equipment and related services. This subscription covers email only, not SMS, WhatsApp, marketing calls or other organizations’ marketing.

Consent is requested through a separate, unchecked option. Declining or withdrawing it does not affect submitting an enquiry or assessment request or receiving correspondence needed to follow it up. Browsing, submitting a form, accepting or updating this policy does not itself grant marketing consent. Previous requesters are not added to marketing lists without documented consent for that purpose. A new marketing field, channel or purpose beyond the consent requires a clear explanation and fresh consent before use.

Marketing messages identify PureYield Energy Services, their advertising nature, the advertised service and contact channel, and include an easy, free way to unsubscribe. No account, fee or reason is required: reply Unsubscribe or إلغاء, or email info@pureyieldenergy.com from the subscribed address. We stop marketing upon receipt of withdrawal without undue delay. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel an ongoing service request.

The marketing choice is documented with the submission record, time, source page and consent-text version. Withdrawal requests and the suppression list are administered through the sales mailbox. Consent or withdrawal evidence is retained only as necessary for a continuing lawful purpose and to prevent unwanted re-enrolment, not to justify keeping an active marketing list after its purpose ends. This subscription does not authorize targeting based on detailed project information or sensitive personal data, selling data, or waiving data protection or international-transfer obligations.

This provision is based on Articles 25 and 26 of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and Articles 11, 12, 28 and 29 of its Implementing Regulation.

Storage, recipients and providers

Forminator stores submissions in the website database and prepares notifications addressed to the sales mailbox and, for enquiries, the configured website administrator mailbox, together with a confirmation addressed to the email you provide. Access is limited to people authorized to manage requests and operate the website as needed for their work.

The website is hosted by Namecheap. Company email is managed through Microsoft 365, and Google/Gmail services are used to follow business correspondence. Your chosen email provider, such as Microsoft or Google, also processes messages delivered to you. Technical support providers may access information where needed to provide support. Other disclosure requires an applicable lawful ground or a binding request from a competent authority.

International processing

These services use international infrastructure. Website operation, email delivery or support may involve processing outside Saudi Arabia. Any transfer is subject to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and transfer regulations, including necessity, data minimization and applicable safeguards. Acceptance of this notice does not waive those requirements or your rights.

Retention and destruction

Retention depends on the actual need to respond, follow up and complete the related engagement, and on any applicable legal retention obligation or pending proceedings. Recording a request does not justify indefinite retention for unspecified purposes. When the purpose ends and no other lawful ground remains, information is deleted or destroyed so that identity cannot be recovered. This includes records and correspondence under our control and notifying relevant processors as required.

Where destruction is required, it covers all retained copies, including backups, in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Data subject to a statutory retention period, or closely connected to pending judicial proceedings for which retention is required, remains retained until that requirement ends. You may request an explanation of an ongoing retention need or request destruction through our privacy contact.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may learn about processing, access your information, receive a readable copy, request correction, completion or updating, and request destruction. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on it. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing or processing supported by another lawful ground, but may prevent completion of a request that requires the information.

Email info@pureyieldenergy.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and your reference if available. We verify identity proportionately without unnecessary documents and handle requests within statutory time limits. Access and copies remain subject to protecting other individuals’ data and third-party rights, including intellectual property and trade secrets. An unjustifiably repetitive request or one requiring extraordinary effort may be declined with reasons communicated to the requester in accordance with law. Contacting us does not restrict your right to complain to the competent authority through the National Data Governance Platform.

Security, cookies and updates

We use encrypted connections and appropriate access safeguards. Duties to address and notify reportable incidents remain applicable. See our Cookie Policy for browser and privacy settings and our Website Terms for website use.

Updates are published with their date. Any new processing purpose is explained and separate consent obtained where required. Updates do not reduce statutory rights. The Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations govern; this policy is not an exemption from legal responsibility.
