Website Terms

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These terms govern use of the website and contact forms of PureYield Energy Services Company, a single-member limited liability company. Our services include solar panel cleaning, PV system operation and maintenance, and cleaning equipment selection, supply, installation and maintenance.

Enquiries and assessment requests

The website forms allow you to submit enquiries and project requirements for review and consideration of the appropriate next step based on the request and available information.

We plan site work around its requirements and applicable safety and operating standards.

Accurate information and authority

Provide accurate contact and project information to the best of your knowledge, and ensure you are authorized to represent the organization or share project information. Contact us with your reference to correct information or withdraw a request.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, impersonate others or submit malicious content or abusive automated messages. Proportionate measures may be taken to protect the website and prevent misuse without prejudice to legitimate requests and users’ rights.

Content and intellectual property

Text, images, logos and design remain subject to their owners’ rights, applicable licences and laws. You may consult website content to understand the services and discuss a project. This does not grant a licence for commercial republication or use of the brand in a way that implies representation or endorsement.

General technical information is not a site-specific technical assessment or a substitute for technical assessment. Service descriptions are interpreted within their stated scope and context, without removing binding advertising commitments, agreed warranties or statutory rights. General imagery alone should not be treated as evidence of a completed project or a reference for a particular customer.

Availability and external links

Maintenance or technical faults may interrupt the website or delay email. Contact us before repeating a request if confirmation does not arrive. External links do not mean we operate or endorse all content on third-party websites; those websites have their own policies. This does not remove our applicable responsibilities for processors or information under our control.

Liability and statutory rights

Rights and responsibilities are determined by applicable Saudi law and any valid agreement. These terms do not exclude responsibility for fraud or gross fault, waive rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be waived, or prevent complaints and claims for compensation where due. Website terms do not create unapproved service payment, cancellation or contractual compensation conditions.

Marketing updates and offers

Correspondence needed to follow up your request is separate from the optional marketing subscription described in the Privacy Policy. Email may introduce current and newly launched services within the scope of your consent. Consent does not automatically extend to other channels, organizations or purposes, and accepting these terms does not replace the separate marketing choice.

Marketing material identifies the sender, service, advertising nature and unsubscribe method. Descriptions, prices, specifications and dates are limited to verified information and the stated offer conditions. Receiving an advertisement does not constitute your acceptance or automatically make a booking. These terms do not negate binding advertising commitments, accepted offers or statutory warranties. We do not use unsubstantiated claims, accreditation logos or trademarks we are not entitled to use. Expiry or correction of an offer does not reduce accrued rights or prior commitments.

Advertising safeguards are based on the E-Commerce Law and Implementing Regulation published by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce. Privacy and complaint rights remain unaffected.

Privacy and contact

Our Privacy Policy covers personal information, and our Cookie Policy explains browser settings. For service enquiries, contact sales@pye-solar.com. For procurement and suppliers, contact procurement@pye-solar.com. Include the request reference where available.

Governing law and changes

Saudi Arabian laws apply, and disputes fall to the legally competent authorities and courts. We seek to resolve enquiries and complaints amicably without restricting statutory rights. Updates are dated and do not retrospectively change accrued rights or existing agreements without a proper basis. The Arabic text governs interpretation to the extent permitted by law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful.

Electronic dealings are subject to the Saudi E-Commerce Law, its applicable regulations and other relevant laws. These terms do not override mandatory law.
